Delivery & Returns

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 business days* and these are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class:

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent via one of the following methods.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class (up to 1kg) - £3.85 - (1-3 business days after despatch)
  • Royal Mail 1st Class (up to 2kg) - £5.57 (1-3 business days after despatch)
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - Free on orders £25 and over (1-3 business days after dispatch)

*Prices include the cost of packaging

Returns
As we are a small business we are unable to offer free returns. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken we will reimburse your damaged/faulty product costs (not including delivery/postage) once we've received your parcel (we will require proof of postage.)
 
We do accept returns/refunds for:
  • Items that have arrived damaged.
  • Faulty wax burners.

If you return an item outside of it's original packaging then we won't be able to offer a refund.

If you would like to return something to us please email info@twilightaromas.co.uk with your order number, the reason for your return and any supporting photos.

We do not accept returns/refunds for:
 

  • Wax melts that have been used or partially used.
  • Wax melts that you don't like the scent of. Scent is subjective which is why we have launched our sample range so you can try scents before purchasing our larger products. 
  • Gift boxes, unless damaged/faulty
  • Products where the fees have been donated to a charity or good cause.

Missing order(s)

If 10 business days have passed since your order was despatched (UK only) and your order hasn't arrived we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

 

* You will be notified in advance if there are any delays in despatching orders.
